Depends on what you mean by Science. There's textbook
   definitions, full of methodology and ideology. Then there's the
   active practices of the Sciences. Then there's the political
   factions of this thing also called Science. Depends what you
   mean by Science. Science can "do" many things. Things done "in
   the name of Science" are also _considered_ Science from an
   outside vantage point, even if from an internal or supporter's
   vantage point they're using the word incorrectly.
