^Made my 1st popovers tonight, tnx to Ratio book. Flour, Milk,
   Egg, pinch of salt, melted butter to line mini muffin tins.
   That's it. Simple, easy. Yummy! Made the house smell like
   butter. Of course, I ended up with 24 "pop unders" as the puffy
   tops all fell in, but I don't care. It was so cheap and easy to
   make, I'd do it again in a heartbeat.^
