^I was at Red Lobster - Naples, FL.bday lunch w/mom. got smart -
   looked up calories 1st - shrimp scampi + broiled scallops
   w/brocolli were the winners. yum yum yum. strawberry cheesecake
   for dessert - another winner.^^
