It's not without controversy. But progress in taking "light" sampling techniques has rendered some interesting experimental results already; there was something done with photons a year ago or so and an apple I think... trying to remember - but yes, it might be one of those cases that it still holds on a 'gross' level but on a finer level with a different set of measuring techniues, Heisenberg might be just a little "less correct" without it necessarily being wrong per se.
