Let's use the metaphors the words come from: Reflection without
   integration: You see yourself in a mirror but you do not
   recognize it as you. Integration without reflection: You have
   little social-awareness and yet you are complete just the same.
   Odd states? Perhaps. But impossible? I don't think they are.
