The constitution of the US is VERY very strong document. The
   "checks and balances" system makes the chances of a disaster as
   President almost meaningless. Almost. We're a very SLOW SLOW
   SLOW government: On purpose. We're fast with war. We LOVE war.
   America is a War Country. But change? Nah. Barely anything does.
   The little that DOES change is amplified in our consciousness.
   But the bulk stays exactly the same. The slowness is the
   stability.
