Ah, that's when you have to reach the next step: When you KNOW
   the other person KNOWS already why they're doing it but they're
   choosing to behave the same way anyhow. That frustration: That
   they know better - you know they know better because you've
   talked about it and it's clear they 'get it' - IS maddening.
   smile emoticon   This is why I focus on improving who I consider
   "smart people". I can't fix everybody. But people who already
   know better - or who are easily CAPABLE of knowing better, while
   harder because they usually ALSO have bigger egos about their
   self-knowledge... is, I think a better use of my time.
