There already are. I tried it as an experiment once. I have a
   lot of younger followers on Vine and... yeah, "who *is* this
   guy?" as if I had shown them something from out of a dream that
   they saw when they were toddlers but can't quite recall properly
   when they were still in the beginnings of being wired up with
   their Ethernet connections, soon to be replaced by Wifi
   cybernetics interfaces. My youngest nieces and nephews won't
   know him at all.
