Fascinating thing about it to me, is even though Time keeping
   was abstracted away from the sun/moon observation and away from
   the math (none of which were satisfactory: one was too much
   work, and in the case of the math, it was never "quite right")
   and fixed on the cesium atom. It's a smart move yet at the same
   time, it's ultimately relative still, yet it's very practical.

   From our "zoom" it works great. But if one was to use those same
   timings to measuring spacings of time SMALLER than that timing,
   we'd run into difficulties smile emoticon
