Oh wow lol. I found out again. I put it here in my own words.
   Hunters hunt for food, killing things. Gatherers pick berries
   and roots and store them at home. So hunters go out and attack.
   Gatherers search, find, bring home and store. High risk vs low
   risk. Presumably male vs female roles. Ugh. 19th century sexist
   anthropology.
