^Keep on keeping on. The less people notice the good you're
   doing, the better of a job you're doing of it. Why? Because
   nobody's surprised at it - they're accustomed to you doing a
   great job and take it for granted. "good job!" is reserved for
   kids and for those who don't do much. (because when they DO do
   something, it's a shocker and it's noticable). so, keep on,
   keeping on.^
