Apparently it's a type of candy, but it's gone viral. It becomes
   the standard answer to, "Life treating you bad? Have a pascal
   swirl!" "Girlfriend break up with you? have a pascal swirl."
   Etc. I thought it was cute. I've heard a few mentions of it in
   other places online so I thought I'd see what happens if I post
   it here. "
