With cold + flu season coming, now seems like a good reminder: If you have a virus or think you do: AVOID: Nuts, Seeds, Chocolate, Caffeine, Oats - Arginine in them FEEDS viruses. (makes you worse) EAT: Veggies, Fruit, Dairy (including yogurt and cheese), Eggs, chicken and beef. - Lysine in them STARVES viruses (makes you better).^
