Mind challenge (I don't think everybody can do this): Look at an
   object. Imagine the outline of it. See all of the parts that
   make it up. See through it to the other side of it. Imagine it
   is transparent. Now imagine you are sitting inside of it,
   looking back at yourself looking at it. This comes easy to me -
   been doing it since I was a kid, but I realize more and more
   that most people can't do it, which i don't understand.
