^When explaining your "perfect plan" to someone you want to be a
   part of it, the most important question to ask them is this:
   "Why won't this work for you?"
   After the response, say, "That's a good point. So how can you
   change it to make it work?" Then work to incorporate their ideas
   into the plan so that its not just perfect for you, its perfect
   for everybody involved.
