^Got my full round of exercise today - 3 times in pool, some basketball. Tried mowing lawn but lawnmower was being cranky. For years, I've made it a personal policy to try to NOT be in front of a flat screen of some kind - computer, TV, etc - from about 3pm-8pm. It forces me to get outside and be active at a time when the full sun isn't so full and burning and it's also my "high energy" time of the day. My high mental energy is from wakeup (after coffee) to about 12pm, then I'm mentally/physically useless 'til about 2:30pm, then 3-8p lots of physical energy, then 8-?? sit and relax.^
