So I had a massive entry here about the fact that, for some reason, when I 
would use my laptop to upload documents to the phlog, or would use nano or
pico to create new documents on the phlog, I would get a message saying

ERROR: Access Denied


I was confused because, when I would upload files from my main desktop
they would be fine -- I only maybe once or twice had the issue.

After spending an hour on I and finally getting around to RTFM (Reading
the fucking manual) I learned about setting permissions on the files that
were new which, strangly, I didn't have to do with anything from my desktop.

Following the successful testing of that theory, issuing the commands on
test documents and seeing them go from error to visible, I then remembered
that MKGOPHER exists and it has a chmod command.

So, between that and everything else I have available, I'm pretty confident
my next "on the go" attempt at updating the phlog will go fine.

About damn time. Haha.
