Well, let us try this little test of trying to update the phlog using only nano.

I have to question how this will turn out given that I cannot see how many columns
of text I have actually typed -- I try to avoid going over 80 for obvious
formatting reasons.

I do have to say this is at least responsive and feels right to do. I already
looked at a gophermap in this and feel I will have no issue editing that, since
nano does treat the tab key appropriately. I know, I shouldn't be surprised
but I'm not the most linux command line text mode program savy user and
I have seen some programs behave in very arcane ways before.

That being said, I will write out this file and see if I can successfully
update the gopher map to include it in the phlog.

Too bad I can't timestamp like I enjoy doing on Windows with Notepad.

Oh well.
