It's fucking October. Why is it still 90+ in the afternoon?

Oh, right, global warming. The environment is a goddamned mess and thanks
to the positive feedback loop that is higher temperatures (it's hotter,
people run AC mode, that causes more CO2 emissions which slowly but surely
help to increase global temperatures more) it's just going to get worse.

Yes, this is a complete ramble but damnit I'm tired of it being hot most of
the damned year down here. I prefer it cold, but hell, when it is cold instead
of just being "cold" it jumps between lukewarm to sub-arctic conditions one
day to the next! Each year we have at least one ice storm, something we never
regularly had in the past -- it used to just stay unpleasantly cold outside
and maybe snow once but otherwise nothing crazy happen.

Now? Now it's all a damned mess.

More energy in the system, though, this is what you get. Weather is driven
by one thing: heat. The more heat in the global system, the more energy you
have to drive climate patterns and localized weather, and the more extreme
the phenomina get.

....it's a very simple idea that so many just don't get.. or refuse to get.

We're fucking doomed.


On the brighter side, hey, this phlog got updated again. Here's to that, 
right?
