By the way. They moved the screaming person yesterday. One of the nurses challenged me for a game of chess. Let's just say she lost her confidence after that game. She may be one of the best players at the hostpital, but there's a very small organized chess community in this town, and she's not part of it. I got stressed out by sitting in the common area, and asked for some meds to calm me down. The nurses misunderstood this as me being anxious about my neighbouring patient. Once we walked past her door, she was in full legal disputes with the nurses asking her firmly to stay in her room. So, they moved her for my sake. One of the benefirts of collaborating. I now have more freedom than the other patients (many of them are quite difficult) and get swift service whenever I ask for a cup of coffee, or anything else.. The weakness of this strategy, is that as long as I do what they want me to do, I am not forced to do anything, but the outcome is still the same. I am not getting out of this place. - lindus
