These last few days has been pretty hectic for me. I thought I should write a bit about that to get it off my mind. Work is starting to get embarrassingly dull. It seems that we have a policy of making the worst possible decisions in place, and it is affecting morale at the office. Everyone is waiting for something big to be announced. It almost does not feel worthwhile doing any actual work, because we don't know if we'll be there in a month. Management is silent and that really sucks, because it only fuels the rumors and unrest further. On a personal level, I've been pretty occupied with developing film from the Japan-trip I returned from recently. I took something like 12 or 14 35mm rolls, and since I still sport a Patterson Super System tank that fits only two reels, I can only do two rolls at a time. It's coming along great though, and I've refined my process quite a lot so that it has been mostly hassle-free. Maybe I should write a small series here on the phlog about "Things I wish I knew when getting into analogue photography and film development". Could be fun maybe? Had a nice weekend too. Went on a small outing with a couple of friends and had a few beers on Friday. On Sunday we also played some badminton. That was really fun, and it actually is a lot better exercise than one might expect. That will have to be the closing comments for today's post. Hope to write a bit more in a couple of days. Until then. /M
