Midland-Odessa Restaurant Recommendations

West Texas is full of a number of good places to eat. Here are some I 
would recommend.

Mexican:
Most of the better Mexican restaurants are located in the South Midland 
area, around Florida and Big Spring Sts.

Caramba's Spanish Inn, Front Street, near the railroad tracks.
Tri-color Enchilada Plate is my favorite.

Casa Madrid, Midland. Big Spring St. just south of Front. Features red and 
green hot sauces for chips.
