gopher is not mobile friendly.

psych! if you bought that, try harder! i only write this entry using
nothing but mobile applications that are not terminals in order to
show myself that gopher on the go is well within reach. here are my
tools:

ipad. gocoedit.app (using sftp to iceland.sdf) ... notemacs.app for
to make sure the first line is 69 characters and other potential
text editing bells and whistles. gopher.app to view this when i fin-
ish editing gophermap. all of this would work on iphone as well.

but how am i going to push this to the top? if you see this without
a frowny-face appended, i figured a way to do it without a terminal
and ssh to 'touch' my gopher dir.
