The Killers are often just known as the band responsible for the radio hit
"Mr. Brightside", but the container for that single, "Hot Fuss" is actually
quite the underrated gem. It's just a bunch of fun indie rock cuts in that
classic 2000's style that The Killers perfected with "Mr. Brightside". This
album will always be known as 'that one with "Mr. Brightside"', so it does
seem a little out of place in a typical recommendations list. But give this
LP a shot, and get lost in song indie/arena-rock songwriting.
