>.< Damn plastic bowls and films want to be cooked along with ready meals, effectively releasing chemicals into the food. It's disgusting and toxic, damn them to hell. "SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS" ... yeah go to hell. I have started putting the food into a pyrex bowl before putting it into the oven, i know they can usually stand heat up to around 300 degrees C, but they contain aluminium, and that unsettles me. A meal that used to take 20 mins to cook in the plastic bowl takes about 30 mins in the pyrex bowl, but i think it's a lot safer and healthier ... unless you have that type of pyrex that tends to explode/shatter.
