It's a miracle...

My phone now functions with the latest Cyanogenmod update, someone 
on Reddit suggested installing the update manually together with 
opengapps mini, BEFORE rebooting. Finally, still lost the First 
Direct app though, I'm not sure if I can bear the rigmarole of 
ringing them up again...

It's still too bloody hot here, I'm not keen on it, we need a 
bloody good thunderstorm.

Cold drink (non-alcoholic) purchased and in the work fridge, all 
set.  That'll do for today..
