I had some problems with the permissions on SDF, this appears to 
solve it, but there must be a better way...

Directories need to be 755

Files apart from gophermap need to be 644

gophermap can remain 640

Also, using "nano -r67 <FILENAME>" seems to help with all the 
formatting..

I've gone for the "9" selector for PDFs rather than "d" because 
although the "d" option makes things look prettier the links aren't 
left clickable in a browser and the commandline gopher client 
doesn't display the menu items at all.

 ./mkgopherentry "First Post part 2" FirstPost2 -- script for making 
blog entries.
Changed the last line of mkgopherentry to chmod the phlog file to 
644.
