Flashed Delight CFW to Nokia E7, still usable

Some time ago, I saw there is still active users playing
with Nokia phones, in China there is an online forum called
dospy.wang still quite some guys playing with Sybian phone,
on the global, I found out there is still a group of users
usinig the Delight CFW that speciallized for last Sybian
phones, like N808, E7 etc.

I like the physical keyboard so much, 10,15 years ago, I
played quite some keyboard phone like Blackberry, Palm, I
like them so much.

I wanted take a look E7, back to March this year, before
the COVID-19 lockdown in Shanghai, I ordered a refurbished
E7(they call now "cut-your-net phone", as mostly people can
only making calls, SMS, but basically no support for today's
internet connection, no one really develops apps or maintain
any service for the Sybian system, only some Fan users).
Unfortunately the seller send wrong color to me in late
March and lockdown started, until early June, I was able to 
change back to the black color from silver grey.

Yesterday, I had a bit of time to flash it to the Delight
CFW, quite straight forward process.

I felt that the Delight CFW is much smooth then original
FW, seems Delight CFW is not only providing additional 
functionality but also optimized the FW, and it turns to be
quite a nice touch phone beside primarily a keyboard phone.
I then played a bit with the SIStore to install some apps.
Many of the apps are works well, like the online Radio app,
I tried it with http://anonradio.net:8000/anonradio, it
works very well. 

I even found a lite putty app, and it connects very well to
my Raspberry Pi via ssh, However, seems due to encryption
module missing, it won't connect to sdf.org. I may dig a
little bit when I have another free time slot.
There is also some fan in China's site dospy.wang making 
Mod apps so that it could still access nowadays internet,
like online music stream service.

Both in SIStore and dospy.wang there are still so many apps
makes the Sybian phone still quite usable.
Its stylish design and hard steel(aluminium alloy?) case is
still quite attractive, the touch and feel is very much 
quite premium. The feel of weight on hand paired with its
size is uncompariable.

So, even in today 2022, E7 is still a quite neat toy/phone.
