## We Need a break after the long COVID lockdown in Shanghai

Shanghai Lockdown for COVID outbreak has lasted about 2 month plus,
started late March, ended 1st June, most commercial and industries
are retruning back gradually in June, and until very recently, end
of June, the surrounding provinces are lowering their policy to
accormodate Shanghai people--before this, need qunrantine for 7+2
days, but now, in last week of June, they mostly removed that time,
only requires a 48 hours COVID test result.


## Zhejiang is Shanghai's neibour province and easy drive

We immediately booked the hotel, and heading out on 30th June.
Zhejiang is the neibour province to Shanghai, and having mutiple
terrian and tourism destinations, many Shanghai citizen drive
there. I prefer two town in the mountain areas, Deqing town (having
Mogan Mountain), and Anji town for various mountains and valley
driftings. They are also not far to Shanghai, about 220km to 250km
takes about 3-4 hours driving.

## Anji is famous for its bamboo forest and valley drifting
------------------------------------------------------------

This time we came to Anji, I miss the mountains so much, the bamboo
forest, the top of mountain view, the wonderful clouds, the
drifting(it is summer now, nice for playing water), the famous
glass bridges on top of the mountain.

Actually in year of 2000, Ang Lee's movie "Crouching Tiger, Hidden
Dragon" was shot here in the bamboo forest in Anji.

Anji also have (in my opinion) the best Valley water drifting
thanks to massive mountains and valleys in this town. I like this
so much I almost every year try to play at least once in Anji or
Deqing(Mogan Mountain).

## A very remote local family run inn
--------------------------------------

I usually like to stay at remote inn, where most time I pick the
ones they are at the edge of village, deep in side the mountain or
forest. This time we almost at the most top of the maintain, nice
view and in the evening, listening the bugs beepping and watching
the dark sky starts, enjoy the peace.

Day time, we went to the Skyland, top of mountain "wonderland",
they have the long glass beam bridge in the air, the climbing on
the cliff, the kart, etc., And in winter time they build the
man-made skiing place.

Of cause, we went to drifting today, it was really exciting to play
water, to "fighting" with strangers, but so much happniess.


Ok, quite late now in China, 11:30 PM...
