it was pretty nice out and i hadn't grunted for a couple of days since i 
was busy with getting this paper manuscript to a decent enough state of 
completion, so i grunted extra long today.

i haven't done that distance for a while, it felt pretty good.  my stomach 
was feeling a little churned at the top of the hill by the fieldhouse, so 
i walked a couple of blocks, but other than that it was just a nice, 
steady effort.
