I switched.

I might get some crap for this, but I recently purchased a Mac Mini
to use as my daily driver. It has been about 10 years since I've had a
Mac- my last one was a 2007 Mini. I've been waiting for them to
update the Mini, and my wait is finally over. I purchased the 6-core
i5 version, if anyone is wondering. I still have my i7-4770 gaming
box, but as soon as I can get a deal on a eGPU breakout box, that's
going away too.

I've always liked Macs, and although the Mini isn't as exciting as
when I bought my first Mac, an insanely powerful (at the time) dual-
G4 Power Mac, it's still a lot of fun, and the easiest way to use a
*NIX (that's right, let the hate-mail flow).
