My answers to the five questions for Febuary

1. On giving advice to friends
-------------------------------
Yes, always and sometimes to often. I am a "problem solver"
personality who wants to "make things better", often enough
i have success with this... but sometimes i should learn to
simply shut the f... up and let the other do their thing.


2. The best view where i live
------------------------------
I live near Marburg in germany, and in Marburg there is an 
old castle above the city, the view from there is
- especially at night - quiet nice.

3. A useful skill to learn
---------------------------
I think one of the best life skills most people should 
learn is to repair things, be it a defective toaster or a 
torn of button on a shirt: Its not about the single skill
in electrics or fabric working, its the mindset of "This 
thing did work a moment ago... what could have it stopped
from working again?". Most people seem to believe things 
work because of the magic smoke in them.

4. A project i would like to start
----------------------------------
A thing i dreamed about for years now is to simply start my
own little "alternative computing" shop. Just a little shop
in the spirit of the old computer shops of the 80s and early
90s where you could buy stuff for retro computers, hommade
systems etc. or get stuff reparied, set up and so on.
