Today was a good day. 

The weather was nice so i put junior in the stroller and
we took a really long walk through the fields and little
meadows that scatter the countryside where i live. I also
took the opportunity to grab my film camera again (after
what-do-i-know years) and started to take a few pictures.

My wife used the "child free time" to look into her studies
and simply embraced just a bit quiet time.

The afternoon we spend with my parents, they also offered to
take junior now a bit more often... its a nice little change
of pace for them and a good breakout of their "old people
lifestyle" as they call it.

I also pulled my old gaming / graphics rig out (the one that
got fried by an overcurrent a decade ago) and started
restoring it. Its slow by todays standards (a quad core
system with 6 GB RAM) but lets see if i can revive it...
