Invisalign I started Invisalign, the orthodontia treatment featuring clear "aligners" instead of metal braces. My teeth are in good health, but my lower teeth have "moderate" crowding. For the longest time I ignored the gradual crookedness of my lower teeth. "It doesn't bother me," I'd say to myself. My dentist brought it up probably three or four years ago: "Have you considered addressing the crowding of your lower teeth?" No, I haven't, but over a few visits she would gently bring it up. Once durng an online meeting I noticed the crookedness of my lower teeth in self-view webcam, and thought: let me at least visit with the orthodontist. The orthodontist was very pleasant and made the procedure sound very straightforward. After my visit, I watched a bunch of YouTube about Invisalign, and decided to jump in. I have to endure aligners for the next 200 or so days. Wish me luck! I posted my treatment plan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvTbn2yAHO4
