# Final Cut Pro Cheatsheet

## Basic Editing
- Import media: File > Import Media or Cmd+I
- Insert clip at playhead: E
- Overwrite clip at playhead: D
- Replace clip at playhead: Shift+R
- Connect clip to primary storyline: Q
- Blade tool: B
- Position tool: P
- Selection tool: A
- Trim start of clip: Option+[ (left square bracket)
- Trim end of clip: Option+] (right square bracket)
- Zoom in timeline: Command+Plus
- Zoom out timeline: Command+Minus
- Show/hide Inspector: Command+4

## Advanced Editing
- Create a multicam clip: File > New > Multicam Clip
- Cut to multicam angle: Shift+Command+Up Arrow/Down Arrow
- Add edit to multicam clip: Shift+E
- Solo a specific audio channel: Option+Click audio channel
- Add keyframe: Control+S
- Modify keyframe: Control+Click keyframe
- Razor blade tool: Shift+B
- Select adjacent clips: Shift+Left/Right arrow
- Select all clips from playhead to end of the storyline: Shift+Control+Right arrow
- Add transition: Command+T
- Adjust transition: Click transition and use on-screen controls

## Audio Editing
- Show/hide audio lanes: Option+L
- Show/hide audio animation: Shift+S
- Adjust audio level: Control+S
- Solo audio channel: Option+Click audio channel
- Add audio crossfade: Shift+Command+T
- Remove audio from clip: Option+Command+L
- Reconnect audio to clip: Option+Command+R

## Color Correction
- Show/hide Color Board: Command+6
- Open the Video Scopes: Command+7
- Match color: Select a clip, then click the 'Match Color' button in the Inspector
- Apply LUT: Command+Option+L
- Add a new color correction effect: Option+Command+P
- Reset color correction: Option+R

## Exporting
- Export a video: File > Share > Master File or Command+E
- Export audio only: File > Share > Audio Only
- Export using Compressor: File > Share > Add Destination > Compressor
- Share to YouTube, Vimeo, or Facebook: File > Share > YouTube/Vimeo/Facebook
