INSTALLATION NOTE:

IOMEGA.VXD is *not* required for the proper functioning of
the miniport driver.  However, it *is* required for the
proper functioning of the 'Iomega Tools 95' and 'IomegaWare'
software packages.  

If you intend to use the Iomega software, install IOMEGA.VXD
by copying it to the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\IOSUBSYS subdirectory.
