The boundaries of risk. We embarked on a go all out make it or break it attitude for our business. We made a little, but earned a greater understanding and appreciation for each other. In retrospect, certain things did divinely fall into place, and in certain cases, perhaps God truly knew the desires of our hearts that caused very improbable events to happen. Nevertheless it wasn't sustainable, and were it to be, it would mean unrecoverable time lost with J1. Perhaps we could revisit this in a decade or two, when our own experiences count, health permitting. The greatest blessing however, is to have a family loving wife, sacrificially giving up her job to take care of J1 full time. The events that led up to it were not exactly favourable, but eventually turned out to be a blessing. Once again, God synchronised the loss of income with a raise, and along with it came additional responsibilities at work but as it turns out, had Gods hand in it all the while. The picture is still being painted. Only the Painter knows what He is doing. Looking beyond self, lies the advancement of the kingdom. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness. Your kingdom come on earth, as it is in heaven.
