We all express and receive love differently. For me sometimes even the silent presence of someone beside me speaks volumes in time of need. Unless we first choose to be vulnerable ourselves, the opportunity to express love is hard to arise. Somebody once said, "vulnerability is the seed to greatness". Needless to say it takes time to be wilLg to be vulnerable. I choose to be vulnerable to someone when I can observe genuine expression of humility, wisdom and integrity. I rather pour my heart out to someone who dares to say "I don't know, I may not be able to see where you are coming from but I will pray with you", rather an insensitive prescribed answer based on their staunch worldview. Unfortunately we form our own worldviews from all sorts of influence. To appear knowledgeable requires one to have an answer from conviction, and even more unfortunate is when we answer from the flesh and appear wise.
