Mister Gorbachev, tear down this wall!

Why am I quoting Ronald Reagan? Because I just heard this story on NPR about President Bush's continued call to fence our border with Mexico. I never thought that I would be siding with Reagan on anything, but I maintain that the best way to influence policy and induce reforms is to integrate with our neighbors, not isolate from them.
