Hello Gopher

I grew up in the 90's but didn't get online until the last half of the decade.
This allowed me to witness firsthand the decline of gopher in favor of the WWW.
I don't begrudge the Web its success; it has been very good to me in my career.

Thanks to SDF and friendly nudges from tomasino,[1] I've dipped my toe back
into this little world of yours. I have a soft spot in my heart for plain text
and CLI, so I think I'll keep returning regularly.

I am an ARPA member with the intention of joining the MetaARPA group (tmux is
life). Eventually I will be spending more time on IRC, but until then, feel
free to reach out via email or VoIP :)
