More  than 100  Windows  applications are  shipping  with support  for
Microsoft's OLE 2.0,  for more than 10M packages sold.  200 more, from
150  companies,  are planned  by  Fall  COMDEX. The  OLE  applications
catalog lists  about 50 new  applications per month. More  than 25,000
"Inside OLE2"  books have sold, to  more than 60K developers  with the
OLE system development kit. Beta copies  of OLE 2.0 for Mac were given
to 2,500 developers in 5/94. [WinNews, 7/13/94.]

Apple has  a new Web server  at http://www.support.apple.com/, letting
you use WWW browsers to FTP software from ftp.support.apple.com. Other
