pharc wiki finally made it to gopherspace

       Ironically as it may seem, pharc wiki was only available on the web
       It was not until now available on gopherspace. I had to do somethin
       about it and from now on you can find pharc and its wiki both on th
       web and on gopherspace where it belongs:
