        What? Why? What?

        What are you working for? Why are you working? What are your goals?
        On the daily routine to keep your head above the water, with the
        demands (most of these are actually self-imposed, but now you can't
        just drop them), it's hard to spare some time and ask these important
        questions.
       
        They are important because they can help one assess if one's actions
        are helping and moving things towards their goals.
       
        As I mentioned in my previous post, recently I've been overwhelmed by
        the amount of work and stress, enough that I had not asked myself
        these questions for quite some time. But on Friday I had a good
        conversation with a friend of mine and he asked me these and many
        more. This really helped me re-frame my state of mind and rethink my
        situation, my actions, goals and strategy.
       
        I still have so much to think about and reflect, but I think it will
        good changes are coming.
