# New corona measures

So we can still leave the house, but the radius of our movement is
restricted to a 15 km radius around Nuremberg. This rule is valid for
places with a 7-day incidence higher than 200 new infections per 100k
residents - as is the case currently in Nuremberg.

The government wants to restrict people taking excursions into the
forests and mountains as these were full of them during the holidays.
Most people are simply like little children and they cannot accept
that this time they should not go skiing and they do it anyway.
I saw a lot of comments like "how are they going to enforce this, they
cannot catch me", and so on...

We did not visit our relatives, I could not even attend the funeral of
my grandma, my wife's parents are showing some symptoms of depression,
but we stay at home nonetheless and these morons cannot live without
skiing.

It always comes down to a single fact: there are no consequences. The
fines are small if they're caught, but most probably they get away
with it. Some politicians babbling on tv can't stop the hordes...

That could be easily predicted before the holidays. Hari Seldon says

I'm not afraid of catching the virus, I'm rather afraid that I can
carry it and maybe infect our elderly parents.
