# Walk in the park

It's hot today, 33 °C and it is going to get even hotter towards
evening. Nevertheless I took a stroll in the park at work just as the
clock hit noon. There is even a small pond there so I just walked
around it stopping here and there to look at the birds going after
their business or watch a huge dragonfly.

Normally I do not write a phlog entry during work, but this afternoon
I have to go through a simple process that involves checking a lot of
database objects and waiting for the queries to finish.

Work is getting stressful as a few colleagues are sick and the others
have vacations or simply left the company. Now I have to do a lot of
chores again that I already passed on to other guys.

Thankfully it cools down at night so at least we can sleep normally.
