# First week Today marks the end of the first week in the new year where we had to go to work. The whole week long. Monday was spent doing the usual chores after a longer absence - downloading & installing a bunch of updates, working through emails, socializing with those present in the office (only a handful of colleagues, the others we'll never see again with our mobile working policy). This first week was not really a busy one as in one of my projects there was some firefighting at the end of last year and I needed a lot of hours for that. I.e. now I have to be careful with the rest of the project hours. Otherwise in a few weeks I'll have to tell the customer that sorry, I can't attend to your requirements as I have no hours left. Even if it wasn't a busy week, I had no energy in the afternoons. Yesterday I finished a Latin excercise I had been working on for almost two weeks. Still I do not really understand why the key used the passive infinitive instead of the acitve one here and there. --- Finally! You won't be required to wear a mask in long-distance trains from 2nd February. So where should we travel? --- Yesterday I started playing Bud Spencer & Terence Hill Slaps and Beans on the Switch. Sooo nostalgic... I love it.
