I would say, this was a good weekend! My wife and i sorted out our plans 
for the immediate future (e.g. job changes and so on), and its a plan i 
would say i can be very satisfied with.

On the IT front i have upgraded my ST with a flat screen monitor, a old 
BENQ i had "standing around" in my office at work. Its ... a thing to get 
used to. For the resolution of the ST the 19" Monitor is gigantic, i also 
have to get an upscaler card to finally get color (on VGA you get only 
black and white), but the image is still crisp and sharp. 

I am also (re-) learning to code in C, so far i found out that i have 
forgotten A LOT in the last 10 years since i really have used it. But what 
is live without challenges, eh? 

We (or better I) made also an interesting discovery yesterday: Normally i 
don't like cheap whiskey, but yesterday i bought a bottle of "Johnny 
Walker Red Label" and - for the price - it's really ok. I especially like 
the "smoke taste" that this whiskey got. It will definitively not be the 
last bottle of this label i buy.
