Story of local industrial portal

A long time ago, in one production facility was necessary
to connect industrial equipment based on completely different
outdated operating systems into one network. Single board
computers that controlled this equipment were based on P2-P3
processors and Windows 98/NT 4.0/2000/XP operating systems.
Weak computing power did not allow the use of complex
SQL-based messaging systems. Too much load. Thus this strange
solution was created. This is a very fast script that runs on files.
Containing a private chat, a primitive message wall and
a primitive private one-time mail system. This terrible solution
in terms of programming turned out to be so tenacious that many
years it migrated from industrial computer to industrial computer.
According to some information, this strange development is still
used somewhere on the margins of progress. After much thought,
I finally decided to publish this madness programming experiments
that lasted during the works with this script. In general, I do not
guarantee its 100% performance. Since I myself don't remember
all the changes. In any case, let this development be on the
Internet than on my flash drive. Perhaps it will be useful
to someone.
