  The Archaic Collection of Anomalous Brainchildren

The Archaic Collection of Anomalous Brainchildren is one of the most
famous, ancient, and precious libraries of the Circumlunar colonies. The
Collection has traditionally been hosted by The Mare Crisium Soviet
Socialist Regency, and consists of a miscellanea of books, volumes,
manuals, grimoires, reports, maps, documents, ancient bills, cards,
and illustrations coming from the four corners of the galaxy. 

Traditionally, all the members of The Soviet have had access to the
Collection as one of their main rights. By "access" we mean that all the
Soviet members can peruse the existing tomes, but also, and more
importantly, they can also add new volumes to the Collection, for the
perusal of the colony at large.

The members of The Soviet are collectively reponsible for the
maintenance of The Collection, and they feel empowered by the
opportunity to share knowledge, documentation, recipes, stories with
other sundogs through The Collection.

The Collection is made available to the galaxy by the members of The
Soviet via the universal gopher and gemini protocols.
