This version of rxvt fixes a bug present in Harry Pulley's original port.
This bug kept alive the shell that rxvt had invoked even after the X server
died, unless you had explicitly closed the rxvt window before you shut down
the server.  An orphaned shell would still "own" a pseudo-tty; do it often
enough, and you would run out of pseudo-ttys.  This version repairs the
bug.
